Who We Are

Meet Joyce and Eric—the powerhouse duo behind PKL.Fit! In 2023, Eric ranked among the top three fittest 60-64-year-olds globally at the CrossFit Games. He's been coaching fitness since 2008.

Joyce is an ACE Certified personal trainer and lifelong athlete. Both fell hard for pickleball and wanted to create a program that truly meets the sport’s unique demands.

Combining their decades of training experience, they focused on building strength, endurance, and injury prevention specifically for pickleball players. Creating PKL.Fit was one of their most challenging—and most fun—projects yet, and they’re excited to share it with you!
